What are your store opening hours?

Our store is open Monday to Sunday from 16:00 to 21:00. Closed on Wednesday.

If any force-major happened, and we have to close the store, information quickly updated on Google Map.

Where are you located?

We are located at 17 Clifton Road, Kittybrewster Center, AB24  4RZ, Aberdeen. Right in front of Northern Hotel.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, we have big and free of charge parking available for our customers. You will have plenty of time to choose your favorite spirit or wine.

What types of alcohol do you sell?

We offer a wide range of products from wines all over the World up to rare Spirits. Price segment also vary from 5,99 up to 400 + GBP.

We do our best for you to find the product which you would like to share with your loved ones, or buy as Gift to celebrate spectacular moments.

Do you carry rare or hard-to-find spirits?

Yes, we specialize in sourcing rare and unique spirits. If you are looking for something specific, please ask one of our staff members or contact us in advance. We will do our best for you to have what you desire.

Can you recommend a wine or spirit for a special occasion?

Absolutely! Our knowledgeable staff is here to help you find the perfect bottle for any occasion. Just let us know your preferences and the event you are celebrating.

Ordering and Delivery

Can I order online?

Yes, you can browse our selection and place orders online at www.wine-gogh.uk .

We offer in-store pickup and day to day & next day delivery services.

What is your delivery area?

At this moment , we deliver in Aberdeen City only.

Also we have pick up point in the middle of City, on 27 Windmill Brae, AB11 6HU.

Your order can be delivered to Oki Doki Georgian Restaurant and be picked up there FREE OF CHARGE.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order amount for delivery is £30.

Is there any time periods for delivery ?

Yes, if you place and pay the order on-line till 13:00, your order can be delivered on the SAME day after 18:00.

If you place and pay the order on-line any other time after 13:00, your order will be delivered NEXT day.

In-Store Services

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase.

Do you offer tastings or events?

Yes, we regularly host tastings and events. You can find information about upcoming events on our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated. Also in store, there are samples almost from all represented categories, where you can taste the samples.
