Banfi Brunello di Montalcino is a full-bodied Sangiovese red wine from the Montalcino sub-region of Tuscany, central Italy. Family-owned since 1978 and today managed by third-generation Cristina Mariani-May, Castello Banfi has grown to become one of the largest and most reputable producers in the Tuscany region, renowned in particular for the benchmark quality of its Brunello wines. Silky elegance is the hallmark of Banfi's Brunello. A complex richness balanced by a soft slightly spicy dryness. The long finish is remarkably soft and graceful with sweet tannins.
