Once the home of the Shepherds keeping their sheep with the boundaries of their plots, The Boundary Hut is a familiar sight in the New Zealand landscape.
The Shepherds abandoned them following the introduction of cheap wire fencing, and now walkers and families use them for wild camping and often enjoying a glass of wine after a relaxing day in the wilderness.
Tasting Notes
A nose full of ripe capsicums, gooseberries and lime followed by flinty notes of tomato leaf.
