This orange wine, created by careful harvesting, a slow maceration of the grapes in contact with their skins, and meticulous vinification allowing no yeasts or sulphites to be added. A lovely pastel orange colour, with intense floral notes or rose and acacia, mandarin peel and a hint of mulled wine on the nose, the palate is dense, fresh with good tannic structure and good length.
