Lovely soft fruity red from Chile's Central Valley, named after an eco-friendly method of pest control, allowing geese to roam freely in the vineyards eating insects. Deep plum red with concentrated dark fruits and hints of toasted oak on the nose, followed by intense fruit flavours with balanced mouth-watering acidity.
