The VSOP stands out from the rest of the range with its selection of cider made from apples harvested exclusively in the Pays d'Auge, a demarcated terroir covering only 6% of Normandy. The distinctive character of this soil, combined with double distillation in a copper pot still, gives the VSOP richness and length on the palate.
