Gérard Bertrand is one of the most important wine producers in the south of France, where he owns many estates among the most prestigious cru of Languedoc-Roussillon. Muscat “Prima Nature” Gérard Bertrand is made without the addition of sulphur or additives. The grapes were immediately pressed with a cold must settling, in order to encourage the oxide compounds in the must to stabilise naturally. A short alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures, which were restricted to 18°C. Intense aromas of roses, exotic fruits and citrus notes combine with a delicate hint of white flowers. The palate is beautifully balanced with a refreshing finish.
