The Hearach Oloroso Sherry Cask is fully matured in hand-selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts from Huelva, Spain. These sherry casks, made from Palomino grapes, impart a distinctive richness and boldness to the whisky, a hallmark of this release. This meticulous maturation process adds layers of complexity, enhanced by the casks’ journey from the renowned Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Andalusia to the remote island warehouse on Harris, where the spirit is carefully aged.
