Nose: Freshly baked rye bread, black liquorice, with a funky twist of pickling spice and a touch of citrus zest.
Palate: A powerful hit of cracked black pepper, anise, and clove, balanced by sweet notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and candied ginger. There’s a delightful herbal funk with hints of eucalyptus and spearmint, which actually helps cuts through the pepperiness of the rye brilliantly.
