Ventolera is an exciting new venture between founder Vicente Izquierdo and one of Chile's top winemakers Stefano Gandolini. 100% Sauvignon Blanc hand selected grapes from specific blocks within Ventolera's estate vineyard. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness, aromatics and a fruity style. Tasting Note Zesty citrus aromas and an attractive hint of nettles, lead to a real depth of flavour on the palate, with an intense mineral character and a long, vibrant finish.
